Three ASC Teams Cited in ABCA/Collegiate Baseball Preseason Poll

Led by College World Series participant and American Southwest Conference Tournament champion Concordia-Austin, three ASC baseball teams earned places in the 2003 American Baseball Coaches Association/Collegiate Baseball preseason poll.

CUA, who finished seventh in the NCAA-III College World Series last season (35-13), opens tied at No. 7. Defending West Division champion Texas Lutheran (33-6) ranks No. 19 while defending ASC East Division champion Mississippi College (29-14) is listed among the 12 teams receiving votes in the Top 30 poll.
