On the Court . . .

Mary Hardin-Baylor evened its women's season record to 2-2 with a 5-4 win over Whittier College (Mar. 18). Both UMHB tennis teams play their first home matches of the season on Friday when they face Southwestern University in non-conference play (Mar. 28).

Christie Van Duyne leads the Austin College women with a 4-2 singles mark. Van Duyne moved-up to No. 1 singles last week and had a four-match win streak ended by Mississippi College's Lauren Bicker in a straight set loss (Mar. 22).

The Texas Lutheran men have gotten consistent play all season from No. 2 singles Dustin Wyatt. After a mid-week non-conference loss, the sophomore finished-off Garret Hartford of Concordia-Austin in straight sets (6-1, 6-1) to even his season mark at 2-2.
