2003 Tennis ChampionshipsASC Championships: The regular season for the American Southwest Conference tennis teams concludes with this weekend's ASC Men's and Women's Tennis Championship Tournament in Abilene, Texas (Apr. 25-26). Mississippi College and Hardin-Simmons University each claimed American Southwest Conference Division men's and women's titles to earn the top seeds in the meet. MC won both the men's and women's East Division titles while Hardin-Simmons won the men's and women's West Division titles. On the men's side, UT Dallas makes a second consecutive tournament appearance as #2 seed while Schreiner claimed the West #2 seed. On the women's side, Ozarks makes its first-ever trip to the ASC Tournament as #2 East seed while Mary Hardin-Baylor won its last four matches to take the #2 West seed.
