ASC 2005 Tennis Championship Fields Announced

2005 ASC Tennis ChampionshipsThe six-team brackets for the 2005 ASC Men's and Women's Tennis Championships were announced Sunday with action slated Friday through Sunday (April 15-17) in Abilene, Texas. Hardin-Simmons will host the event with match sites and start times announced on Monday (Apr. 11).

Hardin-Simmons is the defending men's and women's ASC champions, with both teams winning their respective ASC West Division titles over the weekend. Texas-Tyler won the ASC East Division men's title while Mississippi College claimed the women's championship in the ASC East Division. All four teams also earned the No. 1 seeds for their divisions and a bye into the tournament semifinals on Saturday.
